  • This is not a back-office role. It's a front-line seat in the movement. Arena Hall is at an inflection point. We've raised $15M, opened two locations, and proven the model. Now we need a financial leader to build the infrastructure that will scale this vision.

  • You will lead the commercial heartbeat of Arena Hall: Membership sales, private event sales, and commercial space leasing. You will partner closely with the VP of Community, who will own event production and member services, so what they promise is exactly what they deliver.

  • Arena Hall is growing. We need a development-first leader to steward our current Austin assets and in-flight projects, translate vision into permits and paper, and keep deals moving. You will own entitlements, lease administration, landlord relations, revenue-share reporting, and vendor/contract throughput.

  • You’ll be the voice behind the movement who crafts the narratives that turn ideas into impact and translates the mission into messaging that truly moves people, building the communications engine that connects the community of world-changers.
