10th St. Talent Executive Search Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

This sweepstakes is open to legal entities operating as businesses in the United States. Entrants must be authorized representatives of companies with decision-making authority regarding executive hiring. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of 10th St. Talent and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.

By entering, participants represent that their company meets standard business qualification criteria and has legitimate executive hiring needs. Final eligibility determination remains at the sole discretion of 10th St. Talent.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 4:30 PM CST and ends on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 12:00 PM CST ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be valid.

3. How to Enter

To enter, scan the QR code provided at the 10th St. Talent booth or visit https://jobs.crelate.com/portal/10thstreettalent/job/w7kcoc68dstrtdozycbxw3pcpy/General_MSS?crt=1761336829949 and complete the entry form with your company name, contact information, and a brief description of your leadership hiring challenge. Limit one entry per individual. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Entry into this sweepstakes does not create any obligation to engage 10th St. Talent's services, and purchasing or contracting for services will not improve chances of winning.

4. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive a retained executive search service from 10th St. Talent with the following parameters:

Prize Value: Up to $30,000 in professional search fees, structured as follows:

  • For executive positions with base salaries up to $120,000: Complete search services at no cost to the winner

  • For executive positions with base salaries exceeding $120,000: A $30,000 discount applied to standard search fees

Prize Includes:

  • Strategic role definition and organizational assessment

  • Comprehensive candidate sourcing and national talent network access

  • Candidate presentation and interview coordination

  • Offer negotiation support

  • Onboarding guidance

Prize Restrictions and Conditions:

  • Winner must meet 10th St. Talent's standard client qualification and due diligence requirements

  • Prize must be initiated within six (6) months of winner notification

  • Search must commence with a signed client agreement within the six-month window or prize is forfeited

  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash

  • Prize applies to one (1) retained executive search only

  • Standard engagement terms and conditions apply, including customary candidate guarantee provisions

  • If winner does not meet qualification criteria or fails to initiate search within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected

Approximate retail value (ARV) of prize: $30,000 Actual value may vary depending on the specific search parameters and salary level of the position.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about Monday, November 10, 2025 by 10th St. Talent or its designated representatives.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing using the contact information provided in the entry form. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification attempt to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within this timeframe, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner will be required to complete standard client intake processes, provide necessary business documentation, and execute a client services agreement incorporating these sweepstakes terms before receiving prize services.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. General Conditions

By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of 10th St. Talent, which are final and binding in all respects. 10th St. Talent reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or interferes with the sweepstakes process.

Winner grants 10th St. Talent permission to use their company name, city, and state [unless deemed a confidential search during intake call] for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10th St. Talent is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or any other errors or problems related to entry or prize fulfillment.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless 10th St. Talent, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. 10th St. Talent will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner if the prize value equals or exceeds $600. Winner must complete IRS Form W-9 and provide a valid taxpayer identification number before receiving prize services.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Information collected through sweepstakes entry will be used to administer the promotion and may be used for marketing communications from 10th St. Talent. By entering, participants consent to receive communications regarding the sweepstakes results and 10th St. Talent services.

Participants may opt out of future marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in emails or contacting kristi@10thsttalent.com. Personal information will be handled in accordance with 10th St. Talent's privacy practices and will not be sold to third parties.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this sweepstakes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
